    "DAMAGE ESTIMATING"

"Estimating of damage to your vehicle should
ONLY be performed with, by the repairing
shop of your choice".

Your vehicle my have hidden damage that
may not be seen without a partial or full
tear down of the vehicle, which is only
possible if the vehicle is at the repairing
shop of your choice.

We have found that 100% of the insurance
adjuster estimates we have received and
were written at your location or the
insurance claims office were short of
covering the cost of repair. This then also
meant that in most cases the repairs were
delayed while waiting for the adjuster to
come back out and re-inspect the vehicle
for overlooked or hidden damage.

We write the damage to your vehicle fully
the best we can. We write the estimate to
repair your vehicle fully and properly to 
"Pre-Loss Condition". We then do work
with your insurance adjuster on the
repair method and costs so as to take
that burden from you. In most cases we
take care of the estimate of repair and
work fully and satisfactory with your
insurance adjuster so we may complete
the repairs properly and with no
problems or surprises for you.



 
                         "DELIVERY OF VEHICLE"

    Upon completion of repairs, your vehicle is
    gone over and inspected to insure repairs
    are complete and proper. In many cases,
    such as with the Jaguar Aluminum Repair
    Network, as well as Porsche, your vehicle is
    taken to the vehicle dealership where it is also 
    inspected as a way of double checking our
    work. We do our very best to find flaws so we 
    may take care of them immediately. Your
    vehicle is then detailed. We will go over the
    vehicle with you and point out what was
    repaired. You will receive a copy of the final
    repair order and invoice, along with our
    Limited Written Warranty.

    We explain the care process along when
    and if it will be due to come back in for a
    final polish and wax. When you bring your
    vehicle back in for waxing we are then able
    to give your vehicle another inspection to
    see if we can find anything we may have
    missed. It will also give you the time to fully
    look over your vehicle so we may answer
    any questions you may have at that time.

    We then provide you with your keys and
    watch you reunite with your vehicle.
